The ground station shall be able to remotely control and stop the vehicle in case of emergency.

Description

The ground station is directly linked to and monitors the data transmitted by the vehicle's onboard sensor hardware and software. Ground station operators will be able to easily monitor vehicle status and deliver a limited range of commands to the vehicle in the event of an emergency.
